Consultant Geriatric Medicine Physician – Dubai

About the role

The hospital group is expanding its geriatric and long‑term care services in Dubai and seeks a Consultant / Specialist Geriatric Medicine Physician. You will work in a JCI‑accredited, patient‑centred environment delivering comprehensive care to an aging, complex population.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments covering functional, cognitive, psychological and social domains.
• Manage chronic diseases, rehabilitation and long‑term care plans for elderly patients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to improve functional status and quality of life.
• Lead end‑of‑life and advanced care planning discussions.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine with a minimum of 3 years post‑certification experience.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH license conversion (full support provided).
• International qualifications accepted (American Board, UK CCT, European Board, Royal College, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
