Consultant – Passenger & VIP Charter

About the role

Join a global aviation brand as a VIP & Passenger Charter Broker based in Dubai. You will drive client acquisition, source aircraft, and manage end‑to‑end flight operations for high‑net‑worth customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through high‑volume cold calling, lead follow‑up and CRM logging.
• Source suitable aircraft at competitive rates, negotiate contracts and coordinate with operators.
• Oversee complete flight management including compliance, finance, catering, ground handling, slots and permits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal Risk, Legal and Finance teams to meet regulatory and contractual standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation, preferably in passenger sales or air charter.
• Proactive market approach with proven business development success.
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or Russian at an operational level.
• Ability to balance client needs with company objectives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of aircraft types and charter market dynamics.
• Effective use of CRM systems for activity tracking.
