Consultant – Tourism and Culture Advisory

About the role

Join Protiviti's Capital Projects & Construction practice as a Consultant focusing on tourism, culture, and capital projects. You will design operating models, lead process improvement initiatives, and engage key stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement target operating models for portfolio, program, engineering and project management functions, including SOPs and process maps.
• Lead end‑to‑end business process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, develop policies, and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities and clients, facilitate workshops, and deliver reports and recommendations to executive committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred) with 4+ years experience in real‑estate, tourism or culture projects in the Middle East.
• Proven experience in operating model design and process improvement; Big‑four experience and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
