Contact Centre Agent – Banking Support (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Contact Centre Agent to join a leading banking client in Dubai on a short‑term basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support for digital and mobile banking channels, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to digital queries from banking customers.
• Provide troubleshooting and step‑by‑step guidance for mobile app and online banking issues.
• Manage objections, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
• Navigate internal systems and CRM tools to log interactions and update customer records.
• Collaborate with other support teams to share knowledge and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service level targets.
