Content Creator Intern – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator Intern to support Novotel Sharjah’s marketing team. The role offers hands‑on experience in digital and print communication for a leading hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
• Produce photography and videography content for hotel promotions, events and room tours.
• Edit images and videos using Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop to maintain brand standards.
• Maintain the digital asset library and design collateral such as brochures, flyers and menus.
• Support email newsletters and community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, design or related program.
• Strong visual sense and ability to tell a story through photos and video.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and willingness to learn optimization techniques.
