Content & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Marketing Executive to drive our brands’ growth across Saudi Arabia. Based in Dubai, you will produce engaging content, manage social channels, coordinate influencer collaborations, and support marketing initiatives while traveling frequently to Saudi Arabia for shoots, events, and on‑ground activation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish short‑form video and lifestyle content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia to capture content at retail stores, activations, events, influencer collaborations and product launches.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media calendars, schedule posts and monitor community engagement.
• Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with Saudi‑based influencers; oversee campaign timelines, gifting and reporting.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• 2‑4 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi social media landscape and digital trends.
• Comfortable creating video content and appearing on camera when needed.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
