About the role
Amazon Logistics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the TREX (Transportation Excellence) team. The role focuses on driving process standardisation and quality improvements across delivery stations in the UAE, supporting the last‑mile operation to meet high customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑ground support and direct contact for station management on process improvements and benchmarking.
- Develop and execute change initiatives, sharing best practices to standardise network operations.
- Monitor logistics and delivery performance using station and on‑road KPIs.
- Create and implement action plans to elevate performance to benchmark levels.
- Act as a key driver for successful order execution, positively influencing customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering projects that improve operational processes.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
