Contracts Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the administration and execution of EPC/FEED contracts for major energy and resources projects. The role combines contract oversight, procurement support, and HSSE leadership to ensure project objectives are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and ensure HSSE targets are achieved.
• Manage and support contracts, procurement, and materials teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and comment on EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, and division of responsibilities.
• Conduct kick‑off meetings, administer contract changes, and monitor insurance compliance.
• Oversee performance and bank guarantees, warranty compliance, and contract close‑out procedures.
• Coordinate with legal advisors when needed and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EPC/FEED contract administration within the energy, chemicals, or resources sector.
• Strong understanding of HSSE standards and ability to lead safety initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for evaluating contract variations and claims.
• Ability to balance stakeholder relationships and contractual obligations.
