Corporate Account Manager - Deliveroo for Work

About the role

Deliveroo for Work (DfW) is looking for a Corporate Account Manager for its B2B team in the UAE. The role manages, retains and upsells a portfolio of corporate clients, mainly by building relationships with senior stakeholders at mid-market companies. It suits an organised, collaborative person who delivers an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and video calls with corporate POCs to review spend, pitch new use cases and upsell and cross-sell accounts
• Hit assigned monthly KPIs, including meetings, GOV and MAUs
• Provide account support such as sharing order reports, solving minor technical issues and helping organise client events
• Use Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker and AI tools to track, report and present performance and growth strategies to leadership
• Help with ad hoc tasks such as trade events, marketing activations, restaurant team partnerships and chasing client payments

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B account management experience, with a track record of growing a portfolio through a consultative, data-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Based in Dubai
• Proactive, quick learner, team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
