Corporate Associate – 3 to 5 PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our expanding corporate practice in Dubai. You will work on high‑value, cross‑border transactions for multinational clients across the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on public and private cross‑border M&A transactions.
• Support private‑equity investments, disposals and related documentation.
• Draft and negotiate joint‑venture and strategic partnership agreements.
• Advise on corporate structuring, reorganisations and general corporate matters.
• Provide day‑to‑day corporate advisory to multinational clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years PQE in corporate law, preferably trained at a Magic Circle or US law firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
• High academic achievement and solid technical grounding in corporate law.
• Commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
