Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract (AI Project)

About the role

We are seeking experienced corporate attorneys to join a remote, contract‑based AI data‑annotation project. You will apply your legal expertise to complex corporate, transactional, and litigation scenarios, helping create high‑quality training data for next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex legal scenarios involving mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and corporate law.
• Develop high‑fidelity legal datasets for AI training and evaluation, including drafting, reviewing, and annotating documents.
• Evaluate commercial litigation matters, distill key facts and legal arguments, and translate them into structured representations.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure legal reasoning is accurately captured for AI model development.

Required profile

• J.D. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution and active bar membership (or equivalent international qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney, with exposure to corporate law, M&A, capital markets, private equity, or commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting and review skills for transactional and litigation documents, exceptional attention to detail, and solid analytical and legal reasoning abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
