Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join a leading group in Abu Dhabi. This role will shape internal and external messaging across a diverse portfolio of businesses and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate communications strategies.
• Manage internal and external communications initiatives across the organization.
• Draft and review press releases, leadership communications, speeches, presentations, and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.
• Support media relations activities and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Develop engaging internal communications campaigns to strengthen employee engagement and alignment.
• Monitor communications performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Experience within a professional services environment, corporate advisory firm, consultancy, or communications agency is highly preferred.
• Strong experience across both internal and external communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous but not required.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to work onsite full‑time.
