Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a high‑performing Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in the United Arab Emirates. The role will support senior managers and directors across multidisciplinary engagement teams, delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of UAE‑based and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including tax returns, group restructuring, and business model optimisation.
• Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables, and client communications to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive technical excellence, client relationship management, and business development within the evolving UAE tax landscape.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, or related tax services.
• Strong understanding of UAE and international corporate tax legislation.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
