Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

SATA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role combines corporate travel management with leisure travel planning, ensuring seamless itineraries for business clients while promoting holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, car rentals and transfers in line with company travel policies.
• Manage schedule changes, emergency re‑bookings, ticket modifications and refunds.
• Prepare travel documentation, including visa applications and travel insurance.
• Design customized holiday packages, weekend trips and leisure extensions for corporate clients.
• Provide destination guidance, itineraries and activity recommendations.
• Cross‑sell leisure travel services to existing corporate customers.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of front‑line travel agency experience handling corporate and leisure travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of global geography, airline fare rules, ticketing and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Galileo Global Distribution System.
• Proficiency with Amadeus Global Distribution System.
• Experience using GDS platforms for corporate and leisure travel planning.
