Cost Control & ERP Specialist

About the role

As a Cost Control & ERP Specialist at ALEC Building, you will drive financial discipline and operational efficiency across complex construction projects. Your work will ensure accurate cost monitoring, effective budget management, and the strategic use of ERP systems to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report project costs to maintain financial control.
• Manage budgets, perform forecasting and ensure alignment with project targets.
• Maintain and update ERP data, creating dashboards for real‑time insight.
• Collaborate with project teams, commercial, finance, and procurement departments.
• Support compliance and coordinate temporary works as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in cost control and ERP environments.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in construction or related high‑value projects is preferred.
