Cost Manager – Construction & Quantity Surveying

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Manager to support large‑scale real estate and urban development projects in Dubai. The role combines cost planning, cost management and quantity surveying across all project phases, contributing to sustainable and future‑proof environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investment cost estimates, cost plans and detailed calculations using benchmarks, trade cost indicators and unit rates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and analyses, including BIM‑based and manual measurements.
• Review, validate and challenge cost calculations and commercial submissions from contractors and consultants.
• Maintain project cost tracking – budgets, commitments, expenditures, change orders and construction progress.
• Develop model‑based cost forecasts, cash‑flow projections and portfolio cost outlooks.
• Lead cost evaluations for change management, risk and opportunity assessments.
• Drive value‑engineering and cost‑optimization initiatives while balancing quality and schedule.
• Prepare financial analyses, reporting dashboards and coordinate cost‑related topics with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management or a comparable qualification.
• Initial to several years of professional experience in cost calculation, cost management or project controls.
