Creator Community Strategy Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Join TikTok LIVE’s fast‑growing operations team in Dubai and lead the strategy that connects creators with their audiences across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. You will shape the creator lifecycle, boost live‑stream activity and drive revenue efficiency while working closely with product and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for creator community operations in the MENAT region.
• Design operational frameworks that guide creators through tiered growth paths and scalable mechanisms.
• Identify high‑value creator segments and integrate education, content optimization, product adoption and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, data and marketing teams to launch key initiatives and improve operational capabilities.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data insights and translate them into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, community or creator management.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to break down complex problems using metrics.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of creator growth paths and behavioural motivations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for seamless communication with international stakeholders.
