Credit Control & Dispute Resolution Accountant

About the role

Scorpius Aviation is seeking a detail‑oriented Credit Control / Dispute Resolution / Banking Accountant to join its Dubai team. The role supports the company’s aviation‑focused financial operations by managing receivables, reconciling accounts and resolving payment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage credit control activities and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies.
• Process and allocate incoming payments accurately.
• Liaise with customers, banks and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare aging reports and support month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with banking transactions and cash‑flow monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, banking reconciliations or dispute resolution.
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
