Senior Manager – Operational & Financial Audit

About the role

The Operational & Financial Audit Manager leads audit planning, execution and reporting to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with Al Futtaim Group policies. The role oversees a team of auditors, drives continuous improvement and supports governance across financial, operational and IT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor audit engagements, ensuring scope, objectives and quality standards are met.
• Present audit findings, recommend root‑cause solutions and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage audit resources, provide coaching, and foster professional development of audit staff.
• Support compliance with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, risk‑based planning and the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
• Design and execute data‑analytics tests using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI and AI techniques to enhance audit coverage.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of operational and financial audit experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in internal audit within the automotive sector and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
