About the role
The Crew Member will join the Five Guys team at Dubai Mall, delivering fast‑food service in a high‑traffic environment. You will be trained across multiple stations – grill, fries, cash register, preparation and hospitality – to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items according to Five Guys standards.
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked work area, including restrooms and dining terrace.
- Address simple customer queries and refer complex issues to the manager.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Support teammates by assisting with various tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a service or food‑service role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliability in punctuality, uniform standards and grooming.
Required skills
- Basic cash‑handling proficiency.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
