About the role

The Crew Member will join the Five Guys team at Dubai Mall, delivering fast‑food service in a high‑traffic environment. You will be trained across multiple stations – grill, fries, cash register, preparation and hospitality – to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve menu items according to Five Guys standards.
Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions responsibly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked work area, including restrooms and dining terrace.
Address simple customer queries and refer complex issues to the manager.
Follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Support teammates by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in a service or food‑service role.
Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliability in punctuality, uniform standards and grooming.

Required skills

Basic cash‑handling proficiency.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
