CRM Representative

About the role

The CRM Representative will support the expansion of Car Bodyworx service business by targeting fleet and corporate customers in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Contact rent‑a‑car companies, fleet customers, insurance firms and government entities to generate service business.
• Develop customized service packages and re‑engage lapsed customers with special offers.
• Promote service contracts and extended warranties to retail customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Service Manager and gather competitor pricing information.
• Follow up on overdue payments, execute and track CRM campaigns, and liaise with stakeholders on campaign performance.
• Handle customer complaints and support the Service Manager in cross‑department coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (desirable).
• 2–3 years of administrative or related support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic fluency required.

Required skills

• Strong experience with campaign management/marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
