CRM & Sales Administrator

About the role

BAMX Developments is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented CRM & Sales Administrator to support its expanding real‑estate sales operations in Dubai. The role involves managing the full sales administration cycle, maintaining CRM data integrity, and coordinating with multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales administration process, from unit reservation and booking through Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) execution, including preparation, verification, signature collection and tracking.
• Handle cancellations, transfers, unit changes, refunds and contractual amendments in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, unit, booking, sales, payment and transaction records within the Odoo CRM/ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and regular cleansing.
• Support CRM workflow optimisation, automation, reporting and process improvements.
• Coordinate unit bookings, pricing approvals, payment plans, discounts and reservation deadlines, and prepare regular sales performance, booking, cancellation and inventory reports for management.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and other departments to ensure efficient transaction processing and compliance with internal SOPs, KYC procedures and Dubai real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience with a real‑estate developer in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Odoo CRM/ERP software.
• Proven experience managing real‑estate sales administration, booking processes and SPA documentation.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate sales procedures, documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
