About the role
Al Tayer Motors is looking for a UAE national Customer Care Representative in Dubai. The role welcomes customers, answers calls efficiently and provides support so that customers are attended to quickly and comfortably by the relevant personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers courteously and handle them efficiently by phone, giving information, service bookings and guidance
- Take part in telemarketing activities during campaigns
- Seat customers and keep them comfortable until the Service Advisor attends to them, then direct them to the right advisor
- Call customers to gather feedback on their visits to the dealership
- Arrange for customers to be served quickly to reduce waiting time
- Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles
- Keep the reception clean and hygienic and maintain housekeeping standards
Required profile
- High school certificate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Well-groomed appearance and pleasant personality
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills or certification is an advantage
