Telesales Specialist - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

SkyWing Real Estate, a luxury real estate brokerage in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist. The role handles outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduces the property portfolio and qualifies leads for the sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and present suitable properties
• Schedule viewings and follow up to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and respond to inquiries
• Provide clear information on pricing, locations and investment potential
• Collaborate with the sales team, meet call and conversion targets and contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French is required; other languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus
• Previous experience as a Telesales Specialist is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, handle high call volumes and stay professional under pressure
• Training or willingness to learn through ongoing product, system and market-trend training

Required skills

• Strong sales and telesales skills, with a track record of generating, qualifying and converting leads
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and professional phone etiquette
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for client data and reporting
