Customer Care Specialist – Call Center (Bank)

About the role

The Bank is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to drive call‑center performance through both inbound and outbound calls. You will support customers in Hindi and Urdu, promote digital services, and help meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls following bank procedures and schedules.
• Promote registration for IVR and SMS services.
• Escalate customer queries and complaints when needed.
• Follow up with customers by phone or email after initial contact.
• Explain products, services, and pricing; answer all customer questions.
• Collect and record customer information accurately.
• Enter orders into the system and keep customer documents secure.
• Initiate outbound calls to new‑to‑bank prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Report any hazards or potential risks immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• 1‑4 years of relevant call‑center or customer service experience.
• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu.
• Maximum age of 30 years.
• Willingness to work six days a week, on shifts, with overtime as required.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers of all levels.
• Basic mathematical computation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
