Customer Engagement & CRM Executive

About the role

The Customer Engagement & CRM Executive will own the end‑to‑end customer journey before a sale is closed, from the first enquiry through showroom visit, ensuring each lead is qualified, followed up and handed over to the sales consultant. This is a founding commercial role in a new automotive brand launch, offering the chance to shape processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, walk‑ins) and qualify them before assigning to the sales team.
• Serve as CRM champion: capture leads, maintain accurate customer data, monitor the pipeline, and generate weekly performance insights.
• Deliver an exceptional first impression in the showroom, conduct vehicle walk‑arounds, product presentations and support demonstrations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in the showroom, ensuring the environment meets brand standards.
• Develop and refine customer‑engagement processes, reporting on lead conversion and customer trends.
