Customer Excellence Specialist (UAE)

About the role

Deliver seamless, high‑quality customer experiences across the UAE by managing the end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery process for ICEYE’s satellite radar data. You will ensure timely, accurate SAR imagery while coordinating with satellite operations, product, and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full order lifecycle, from submission through delivery, including feasibility studies for satellite imagery.
• Plan satellite resources and perform SAR image quality control to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, acting as the primary interface between clients and ICEYE.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operators, sales, analytics, product) to address project issues and improve processes.
• Maintain product knowledge, report KPIs, and support governmental and commercial contracts in the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer excellence or account management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing or aerospace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Knowledge of geography, remote sensing and aerospace domains.
