Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

Penlink is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE and GCC. You will identify, develop and close new business opportunities with large corporate and strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Engage C‑level executives and key stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature, including proposals and negotiations.
• Deliver presentations, workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with presales, product and delivery teams to craft winning engagements.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and commercial proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
• Represent Penlink at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, data intelligence or AI solutions to government entities.
• Experience engaging with large enterprise organisations in the UAE.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Enterprise technology sales expertise.
• Knowledge of OSINT, cyber intelligence, risk management, compliance and AI technologies.
• Experience with software, cybersecurity, analytics and data intelligence solutions.
