About the role
As a Customer Experience Advisor at Corston Architectural Detail you will be the main point of contact for both trade and retail customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience at every step. Working 9:00‑18:00 with some Saturdays, you will handle enquiries by phone, email and other channels, support technical queries and prepare quotations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and other communications.
- Manage a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
- Support inbound trade enquiries and prepare accurate customer quotes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customers in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude.
