Customer Registration Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Customer Registration Manager will lead the implementation of TDRA policies and drive digital transformation initiatives for mobile and POS registration across the organization. This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and rollout of regulations and system updates to meet TDRA mobile registration policy requirements.
• Communicate TDRA policies throughout the organization and train sales agents on compliance.
• Analyze registration issues, create corrective action plans, and coordinate with TDRA and other authorities.
• Manage daily registration incidents from sales points, contact centers, and social media, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain high service quality by enforcing customer data standards and recommending system improvements.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to TRA and security agencies.
• Lead TDRA POS registration projects and maintain system controls.
• Improve registration processes with digital tools to boost efficiency and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, digital transformation, or customer registration within the telecom sector.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and communicate complex policies.
