Customer Relationship Officer (Buffer)

About the role

ADIB Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (Buffer) for the AUH Central Region. The role manages the products and service function so that customers receive quality service, the bank's warm image is projected, operational controls are maintained and service efficiency keeps improving.

Key responsibilities

• Deposit accounts: handle inquiries, open and close accounts, complete forms correctly and follow KYC policies and CB instructions.
• Finance accounts: handle inquiries on finance and covered cards, maintain customer files, prepare finance applications and get approvals, enter data into the system.
• Sales and service delivery: sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank's image.
• Staff management: manage subordinates and plan their training and appraisals.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
• Support the CRM team on budget variance comments, workflow improvement recommendations, internal audit and ICD responses, and compliance with operational controls.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB's retail banking products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB's retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks, and thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Awareness of local competitors and fair knowledge of service standards.
• Training, sales, management information and computer skills.
