About the role
Join the Emirates Group’s Customer Service team in Dubai, working across airport services, Marhaba, or the Contact Centre. You will receive extensive training and be placed in a front‑line role that supports travellers and enhances their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers at Dubai International Airport with check‑in, boarding, arrivals, baggage and special assistance.
- Provide personalised service to VIP guests, families, unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring extra support.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts, offering sales advice, travel planning and issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety and service quality in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Required profile
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and wear a uniform.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
