Customer Service Assistant – Dubai Festival Plaza Mall

About the role

The Customer Service Assistant will manage the service desk at Dubai Festival Plaza Mall, handling visitor inquiries, complaints and providing concierge‑style assistance. The role aims to uphold Al Futtaim’s reputation and enhance the overall mall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard customer service, answering questions on store locations, mall services, operating hours, promotions and events.
• Conduct daily walks to stay updated on mall changes and coordinate with security, operations and marketing teams.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, record feedback and suggest improvements to management.
• Assist with sales of mall gift cards, promote events and manage lost‑and‑found, stroller and wheelchair services.
• Support marketing during events, handle coupon distribution and offer basic first aid when needed.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline with 1‑3 years of customer service experience in a shopping centre or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and outside regular hours.
• Demonstrated friendly, approachable and proactive attitude.
