Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the real estate sales team, develop strategies to boost property sales, generate business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers and key clients.
• Guide agents through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Monitor sales pipelines, property viewings, negotiations, conversions and team performance.
• Manage property listings and ensure accurate updates across real estate portals.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, sales processes and regulations; RERA certification preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads and closing transactions.
