Customer Service & Commercial Executive - Logistics

About the role

Total Freight International (TFI), a UAE-based freight and logistics provider, is expanding in the UAE and is looking for a Customer Service & Commercial Executive. The role drives commercial growth and manages strategic accounts across General Cargo, Dangerous Goods (DG), Out-of-Gauge (OOG) and Cold-Chain Pharmaceutical Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new B2B opportunities in the UAE logistics market to grow the pipeline and revenue.
• Manage client inquiries and deliver GDP-compliant transport solutions for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and specialised cargo.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers, airlines and overseas partners and prepare pricing proposals, RFQs and RFPs.
• Run regular business reviews with key accounts, build long-term relationships and maximise account profitability.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts and lead activity in the CRM to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work with operations, compliance and quality teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight, general cargo and DG handling.
• Experience with GDP and cold-chain pharmaceutical logistics is a strong advantage.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and gross margin targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and client presentation skills.
