About the role

The Customer Service Logistics Specialist works on‑site in Dubai for a global freight forwarding company. The role involves handling daily customer inquiries, coordinating shipment details and providing timely updates on delivery status.

Key responsibilities

• Manage phone and email communication with customers.
• Resolve service issues and monitor customer requests.
• Ensure accurate documentation of logistics activities.
• Collaborate with internal operations and external partners to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures, meet performance targets and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support skills with professional issue resolution.
• Excellent phone etiquette, clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in logistics and shipping is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with basic computer systems, CRM tools and standard office software.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
