Customer Service Officer – Emirati Talent Only

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will deliver high‑quality guest experiences across Majid Al Futtaim’s entertainment venues, including MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to Emirati talent only and supports daily operations, ticketing and guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑level customer service in line with company SOPs.
• Handle ticket sales, bookings and payments (cash, card, vouchers) accurately and perform cash reconciliation.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours, party room coordination and event support.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards throughout all venues.
• Support marketing activities, party room operations and equipment monitoring as needed.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
• High school education or equivalent; UAE family book required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
