Customer Service Officer (On Ground) – Entertainment Venues

About the role
Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment venues, including cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ticketing, sales, bookings and cash/card transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours, party and event coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards in line with health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
- Minimum high school education and a UAE family book.
Required skills
- Cash handling and basic computer use.
- Attention to detail, mathematical accuracy and ability to follow procedures.
