About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a Guest Relations Executive on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer journey, handling inquiries, and supporting issue resolution across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and expectations.
- Handle queries, complaints and escalations efficiently, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify at‑risk customers and take proactive retention actions.
- Collect feedback, share insights with relevant teams and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track KPIs such as CSAT, response time and resolution time.

What we offer
- Fixed‑term contract (6 months, extendable).
- Salary of 3,500 AED.
