About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a Guest Relations Executive on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer journey, handling inquiries, and supporting issue resolution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and expectations.
Handle queries, complaints and escalations efficiently, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction, identify at‑risk customers and take proactive retention actions.
Collect feedback, share insights with relevant teams and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and track KPIs such as CSAT, response time and resolution time.

Salary of 3,500 AED.
