About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to join our team in Dubai as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Gulf market.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Biotechnology).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
