Customer Service Representative – Khaleeji Arabic

About the role

Minimalist.ae is seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks Khaleeji Arabic to be the front‑line contact for its customers in the UAE. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving sales through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints received by phone or in writing, resolve when possible or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Provide customer care by answering queries, tracking shipments and keeping customers informed.
• Conduct abandoned‑cart calls to understand purchase barriers and persuade customers to complete orders.
• Perform inbound sales calls to finalize purchases that were started but not finished.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer representation, preferably in a startup or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Khaleeji Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and other ticketing or communication tools.
