About the role
Serco is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver world‑class service to visitors at a large public venue in Abu Dhabi. You will work as part of a diverse team, interacting face‑to‑face with thousands of customers daily and supporting terminal operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information on products, services and way‑finding, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with Police, GDRFA and other service partners.
- Support the Terminal Operations Team by reporting hazards, adhering to policies and assisting with daily safety tasks.
- Prepare reports and briefings, gather required data and complete administrative tasks accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of front‑line customer service experience in retail, hospitality, F&B or similar.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Basic software proficiency.
- Experience with online applications.
