About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, providing front‑line service to guests throughout their stay. You will assist with check‑in/out, luggage handling, and delivering local information while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests efficiently.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).
- Navigate stairs, service ramps, and confined spaces while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related work experience: None required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None required.
