DOC Fleet Supervisor

About the role

The DOC Fleet Supervisor ensures seamless and punctual delivery of daily transport plans by planning, preparing and managing resources in collaboration with delivery teams. The role leads operational teams, monitors performance and drives safety and efficiency across the fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and manage resources to deliver the daily transport plan on time.
• Lead and motivate operational delivery teams, fostering a customer‑focused and flexible work environment.
• Monitor KPIs such as on‑time delivery, fuel consumption and driver safety.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect transport operations during incidents or disruptions.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and conduct investigations.
• Ensure highest safety standards are maintained and represent the team at safety events.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of business strategy, technical and commercial management.
• Experience in manpower delivery and operational management.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and balance conflicting demands.
• Excellent people‑management and coaching skills.
• Resilient under pressure with strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data exploitation.
