Cyber Analyst – Corporate Cyber Insurance

About the role

Marsh is seeking an early‑career professional to join its Corporate Cyber Insurance Team in Dubai. The role focuses on helping UAE corporate clients understand, measure, and manage cyber risk while developing expertise in cyber insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day client communication, managing correspondence and ensuring effective interaction.
• Conduct research and analysis of client businesses and industry issues to support risk assessments.
• Assist with account management tasks such as billing, scheduling, and liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Gather client feedback, report insights to senior team members, and help resolve client concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the DIFC Cyber team, sales, and client executives to present insurance terms and secure optimal coverage.
• Organise workshops and best‑practice sessions to raise awareness of Marsh’s cyber insurance solutions.

Required profile

• UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business or related field (preferred but not essential).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; background in insurance, cyber, or technology is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with a client‑first mindset.
