Cyber Analyst – Corporate Cyber Insurance Team

About the role

Marsh is seeking an early‑career professional to join its Corporate Cyber Insurance Team in Dubai. The role focuses on helping UAE corporate clients understand, measure, and manage cyber risk while developing expertise in cyber insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client communication, managing correspondence and ensuring effective interaction.
• Conduct research and analysis of client businesses and industry issues to support risk assessments and insurance proposals.
• Assist with account management tasks such as billing, scheduling, and liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Gather client feedback, report insights to senior team members, and help resolve client concerns promptly.
• Explain Marsh’s cyber insurance value proposition, coordinate with the DIFC Cyber team, and collaborate with sales to present insurance terms.
• Manage client onboarding and engagement throughout the cyber insurance program lifecycle.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; 2+ years in insurance or a cyber/technology background is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, high‑energy attitude with a client‑first approach.
