About the role
The Security Team Leader will oversee daily security operations at Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square, ensuring the safety of guests, colleagues, and hotel assets while supporting the Security Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV and access points, and respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain security records, and enforce hotel security procedures.
- Train, coach, and guide security officers, and liaise with local authorities when required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a security supervisory or team‑leader role, preferably in hospitality.
- Relevant security training or certification and knowledge of emergency response and incident reporting.
- Strong observation, communication and leadership skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
