Data & AI Account Manager

About the role

MAGNOOS Information Systems is looking for a Data & AI Account Manager in Dubai. The Account Manager promotes the company's products and services through a clear strategy and strong partnerships with existing and potential partners, optimizes sales volumes and champions marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned products/services line in line with management
• Lead partner relations and build and maintain relationships with new and existing channels and clients to grow sales in the territory
• Build and maintain a channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics on loyalty and new opportunities
• Specify market requirements through market research and ongoing customer visits
• Execute and supervise the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, and track credit and payment performance
• Generate long-term revenue and profitability, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports
• Oversee targeted programs and marketing activities, monitoring progress and recommending improvements
• Promote the company and its services across the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
